We offer early detection of illnesses or conditions such as diabetes and cancer and wellness screenings. We provide routine physicals, school and employment physicals. We also diagnose and treat common illnesses and chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension. We specialize in wound care and sports medicine.
Immigration services:
We offer the Immigration Medical Examination for the I-693 form. We are a designated civil surgeon site for those seeking to update their immigration status and get their green card. The services entail a physical and mental examination with laboratory testing on-site. We review your medical history and ensure that you have received all required vaccinations. At completion of the process, you will receive your completed form in a sealed envelope addressed to USCIS.
